We are a fast-growing SaaS company and a leading European digital accessibility platform with clear ICPs and strong product-market fit. We already run outbound and list processes — now we’re upgrading them into a scalable, international top-of-funnel engine. Our currently 4-person Sales Operations Team is Looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer who wants to evolve and scale that engine.
Your Mission will be to turn a working outbound system into a scalable, international TOFU engine.
Important: This is a builder role. Not RevOps admin. Not campaign marketing.
In this role, you will
- Optimize and scale our existing outbound list infrastructure
- Increase enrichment depth and data quality across markets
- Turn ICP + signals + intent data into prioritized, sales-ready opportunities
- Design and refine enrichment and scoring logic (Clay & data providers)
- Build and maintain workflows and automations (n8n, APIs, webhooks)
- Ensure clean routing, segmentation, and CRM sync (HubSpot)
- Continuously test new AI tools, scripts, and workflows to increase leverage
